Arranging Visits

Once you have selected some properties that you would like to view and you have made your travel arrangements appointments will be made with the appropriate Estate Agent (Agent Immobilier) who will always accompany you to every property. You will meet at his Agency and will be taken by him to the properties. I am always in close contact by telephone if I am not actually in France and will be on hand to answer any further queries you may have.

Helping to organise tradesmen

Once you have chosen your property and wish to make alterations and need quotes from various tradespersons I will be able to assist you with this. The position with regard to employing professional tradespersons far more favourable than in England. Each company or individual person carries a special insurance which will guarantee his work normally for ten years and must return to put right any problems that might arise.
